After being active with our partnership Hägele Fehling GbR, which is seated in the centre of Munich, since 2003 in the legal and fiscal field and all aspects of auditing, succeeded in 2006 the foundation of our private limited company, named “HF GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft” (HF GmbH).

In close collaboration of our both associations, the main task of our office, which is central located at Karlsplatz/Stachus, near by Sendlinger Tor as well as Marienplatz, so that it is well accessible, represents the consultation of domestic and foreign medium-sized companies (also those listed on the stock exchange), recognised charitable facilities of public and private law (foundations, statutory corporations, associations), venture capital providers, company founders and freelancers and wealthy private clients. The international reference is predicatet on parent companies abroad or foreign residences. Our focal field of activity is corporate law, economic law, employment law, succession planning, tax consultancy (formative and ongoing), auditing, international accounting, particularly IFRS and consolidated group accounting. For medium-sized companies, we also offer to completely take on all accounts reporting and organisation. By dealing with auditing, particularly by the HF GmbH, it is possible for us to extensively and targetedly carry out all the necessary due-diligence work in the fields of corporate take-overs, corporate sales and corporate foundation. In this way, we are able to offer complete, high-quality consultation from the foundation, through to the restructuring and succession in the aforementioned fields. It goes without saying that we also take on ongoing fiscal consultancy and, if necessary, the compilation or auditing of the annual accounts. The objective of our consultancy and auditing services is to form a personal and effective relationship with our clients together with a high standard of quality, which allows us to flexibly react and fulfil requirements in all aspects, especially those pertaining to mandates. In the fields of commercial and economic law, all consultancy services are covered, which belong to extensive legal support, for example the solution of civil-law issues, including any arising forensic activities. Legal proceedings are managed with both national and international reference taking into account all procedural eventualities.
